These carotenoids protect your skin from sun damage& may help prevent wrinkling. • • 🍣 FATTY FISH - such as salmon, contain omega-3 fatty acids that can reduce inflammation & keep skin moisturised. They’re also a good source of high-quality protein, vitamin E & zinc. • • 🌻 SUNFLOWER SEEDS - are an excellent source of nutrients, including vitamin E, which is an important antioxidant for the skin. • • 🍠 SWEET POTATOES - are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which acts as a natural sunblock & may protect your skin from sun damage. • • 🌶 CAPSICUM / BELL PEPPERS - contain plenty of beta-carotene & vitamin C — both of which are important antioxidants for your skin. It also contains sulforaphane, which may help prevent skin cancer & protect your skin from sunburn. • • 🍵 GREEN TEA - contains catechins which are powerful antioxidants that can protect your skin against sun damage & reduce redness as well as improve its hydration, thickness & elasticity. • Lastly, WATER, WATER, WATER 💧… Staying hydrated is so important. I feel like capsicum is prominent in spicy 🌶 🥵 pepper. Capsicum is litterly what makes hot peppers spicy. So bell peppers being quite sweet have more vitamin c hence they aren’t spicy at all. If you have more information on this Ied like some data. But capsicum is literally the spicy in spicy peppers. I high is good for skin eyes and digestion.
